The schematic is dependant on the equipment purchased. However, there are some items that are required due to the unique nature of the setup. First, RF chokes are used because the presence of the VHF Marine transmitter could allow RF into the DC power line. By wiring the rear berth speakers to the front channel, I can use the head unit's built-in fader to turn off the rear (cockpit) speakers, then turn on the rear berth speakers with the amplifier switch.
All DC power circuits are terminated at the boat's fuse panel. With this boat, the builders thoughtfully left several empty fuse blocks in the fuse panel for customer installed equipment.
